We serve medium-sized customers up to international groups in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Belgium, France, the Netherlands and England in German as well as in English.

In order to be close to our customers, we not only offer extensive remote maintenance options, but also operate offices in all major European cities such as Zurich, Paris, Vienna and Barcelona in addition to our headquarters in Munich.

The area of network security includes the design, construction and operation of network firewalls, intrusion detection systems and virus scanners. The focus is on secure configuration and regular monitoring.

In our focus on database programming we create applications in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic and VBA according to your specifications. For the data storage of our Access and VB applications we generally prefer Microsoft SQL Server.

We have been providing hosting since 1998 when we opened our first data center with 8 Windows servers, 4 Novell servers and an AS/400. We have grown steadily since then and are now one of the major cloud service providers in Europe.

Messaging and mobile communications have always been a focus of our business. As early as 1987, we developed a pioneering communications project: a Europe-wide network of IBM AS/400 systems, with which it was possible for the first time ever to allow employees to communicate with each other using the new medium of “e-mail”.

Our messaging and communications offerings include Microsoft Exchange in all versions, virus scanning and spam prevention tools, and mobile device connectivity via ActiveSync.

We have the know-how to create detailed and meaningful documentation for our IT projects. Over the years, various customers have already used this separately to professionally document projects carried out on the customer’s premises by their own employees or other consulting companies.

Our consulting services are invoiced per quarter of an hour or part thereof in detailed statements of work. We do not charge for non-working hours, such as coffee breaks, meal times or informal discussions. We do not charge extra for work in the evening, at night or on Sundays or public holidays! We do not charge for travel time and travel expenses for all destinations within Europe.
